When a product is purchased and a courier is used and the item is lost or damaged in transit it is between the customer and the courier used to resolve the problem. We offer a return policy. If a product that you have bought from www.activehuntingireland.ie  is faulty or not working we will exchange or repair the product or offer a credit note. Return postage must be paid by the customer and sent by registered post. If the item is lost in transit upon return it is up to the customer to track and find the product.  There are NO REFUNDS on DVD's.
